As an avid wine enthusiast and level 2 sommelier, I have a deep appreciation for all varieties of wine, with a particular fondness for Champagne and Method Cap Classique (MCC), a sparkling wine produced in South Africa.
My passion for MCC extends beyond the drink itself and into the art of pairing it with exquisite cuisine and caviar within an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
